
Antipasto Charcuterie Board
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 6 oz (175 g) Tortillons Cheese
- 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced Italian salami
- 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ cup (125 mL) tomato bruschetta
- ½ cup (125 mL) marinated artichokes
- ½ cup (125 mL) sliced roasted red peppers
- ½ cup (125 mL) mixed pitted green and black olives
- 12 garlic crostini
Directions
- On serving board or platter, arrange cheese, salami, prosciutto, bruschetta, artichokes, roasted peppers and olives.
- Arrange crostini on serving board.
Tips
Soppressata or Genoa salami both work well for Italian salami.
